The other day I tuned in a Christian radio station (not the local station) and it was a phone in talk back style. I was thinking that Christians are called to be lights but even though this station called itself the light it sounded more like judgment radio. It is not our job to judge the world, God will do that. Our job is to be a light. Maybe the world is in such a mess because there is no light. What would happen if we were lights and not judges?
John tells us to walk in the light as He (God) is light.

I have found that the term "Christian Radio" is misued about as much as the term Christian. If we really said what God says in the Bible not many people would listen:(
I do appreciate having a station that plays Christian music but like Christian radio not all music that calls itself Christian is that but my concern is that there are those who think that it is a Christian's responsibilty to condemn the world but fail to see the log in their own eye. That is my bone of contention with much talk radio. All too often we listen to it because we agree rather than to challenge our spiritual growth.
