The New Liberals

I have read a number of books lately that I can only describe as being written by what I have termed, the new liberals. I must say that after hearing a sermon by Paris Reidhead I cannot help but filter my thinking through the sermon called, "Ten shekels and a shirt." (see May 6 or July 5, 2009). The new liberals sound good in that they have a strong desire to reach the non-believers but their focus is on the humanistic reason for reaching them rather than upon God. Some may say, "What is wrong with that?" Listen again to Paris Reidhead and I am sure you will understand where I am coming from.
