The end of the Law

"Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes." Romans 10:4
What does it mean when it says that Christ is the end of the Law? It doesn't mean that the Law does not exist but rather that the Law is fulfilled in Christ. He is what the Law was pointing to and He is the fulfillment of the Law.
